Welcome to Futaba India. By accessing or using our website, futabaindia.com, and purchasing any products from us, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and any other policies published on our website.

A. General Acceptance

Definition of Parties

"Seller" refers to Futaba India, its owners, management, employees, affiliates, and authorized representatives.

"Buyer" refers to any individual, company, organization, or entity purchasing products through the website.

Agreement Confirmation

By placing an order and checking the Terms & Conditions checkbox during checkout, you confirm that:

  • You understand that a complete and uninterrupted unboxing video is mandatory for any return, damage, shortage, or delivery-related claim.

Important Return Notice

Claims will only be considered in the following cases:

  • Product received damaged
  • Manufacturing defect
  • Incorrect product delivered

To raise a claim, customers must email  within 24 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Complete continuous unboxing video
  • Order number
  • Supporting photographs
  • Detailed description of the issue

Claims submitted without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

Failure to report issues within 24 hours of delivery shall be considered confirmation that the product was received in satisfactory condition.

Age Restriction

Most Futaba products are intended for hobbyists aged 14 years and above, unless otherwise specified. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement or have parental supervision.

Product Information Confirmation

By purchasing a product, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and understood:

  • Product specifications
  • Features
  • Compatibility requirements
  • Operating instructions
  • Product dimensions and descriptions

Customers are responsible for verifying compatibility before placing an order.

B. Acceptance of Orders

Order confirmation emails are acknowledgments of receipt only and do not constitute acceptance of the order.

A binding contract is formed only after:

  • Successful payment authorization, and
  • Order confirmation by Futaba India.

Futaba India reserves the right to:

  • Accept or reject any order
  • Cancel orders due to pricing errors
  • Cancel orders due to stock unavailability
  • Cancel orders due to suspected fraud or misuse

If an order is cancelled after payment, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 8–15 business days.

Any attempt to threaten, harass, defame, or damage the reputation of Futaba India through false allegations or malicious conduct may result in legal action under applicable laws.

C. Pricing & Billing

Product Pricing

All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Pricing Adjustments

Futaba India reserves the right to modify prices, discounts, offers, and promotions at any time without prior notice.

Pre-Order Pricing

Prices for pre-order products may change due to:

  • Manufacturer pricing revisions

Customers will be notified if applicable.

Zero-Value Listings

Products mistakenly listed at ₹0 or incorrect pricing due to technical errors shall not be considered valid offers and such orders may be cancelled automatically.

Invoice Disclaimer

Order confirmations generated during checkout are provisional.

The final tax invoice issued at the time of dispatch shall be considered the legally valid invoice.

D. Product Packaging Disclaimer

Unless specifically mentioned in the product description:

  • Outer packaging is not guaranteed to be mint condition.
  • Protective cases, display boxes, and packaging materials may have minor cosmetic imperfections.
  • Minor scratches, dents, folds, or transit-related packaging wear shall not qualify for returns or refunds.

The product itself must have a functional defect or physical damage to be eligible for claim review.

E. Shipping & Delivery

Orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided during checkout.

Address modifications may not be possible once the order has been dispatched.

Failed Deliveries

H. Legal Action & Misconduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • False chargebacks
  • Fraudulent payment disputes
  • Defamatory statements
  • Threatening communication
  • Abuse of customer support
  • Misrepresentation of facts

Futaba India reserves the right to:

  • Refuse future service
  • Suspend accounts
  • Recover losses
  • Initiate civil or criminal proceedings where applicable

I. Resolution Timeline

Disputes and investigations may require between 7 and 45 business days, depending on the nature and complexity of the issue.

Customers agree to cooperate during the investigation process and provide any requested documentation.

J. Communication Policy

All official communication regarding orders, returns, disputes, and claims must be sent to:

  • Images
  • Videos
  • Graphics
  • Website design
  • Text content

M. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Futaba India shall not be liable for:
